I have always loved music and movement. I have been singing, songwriting, and performing for as long as I can remember. Both have consistently sparked a sense of freedom for me. I started my yoga journey while searching for something that would help in my own personal healing and it eventually turned into an everyday practice. I decided to take the next step and get certified to teach and I completed my 200 hour training in 2020. I have been teaching yoga for a little over a year now and absolutely love it!
