300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program
Training Schedule Overview (February–December 2026)

Your training year is designed to provide a consistent and balanced structure. Each month includes one full in-person training weekend, weekly Friday evening coursework, and weekly Wednesday evening online discussions.

This schedule allows for deep study, integration, and spaciousness while still meeting Yoga Alliance’s 300-hour standards.

 

WEEKLY TRAINING STRUCTURE
Wednesdays (Online – Zoom)

6:00–7:30 PM
These sessions are non-physical and focus on philosophy, Ayurveda theory, anatomy discussions, teaching methodology, meditation theory, and reflective dialogue. Attendance and participation are required.

Fridays (In Person)

5:00–8:00 PM
Friday evenings are used for non-physical curriculum: lectures, observation labs, sequencing strategy, Ayurveda case studies, practicum preparation, and professional development.

One Monthly Weekend (In Person)
Saturday

10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Focus on advanced asana, pranayama, subtle body studies, biomechanics, hands-on skills, teaching methodology, sequencing, and Ayurveda integration.

Sunday

12:00 PM–5:00 PM
Focus on restorative/yin methodologies, philosophy, meditation, integration, class planning, and reflective practice.

November 2026 (Avoiding Thanksgiving)

December 2026 – Completion
Training Weekend & Graduation: Dec 12–13

ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS

Students are expected to attend all sessions unless an absence is approved in advance. Make-up options may include recorded sessions, written assignments, or additional teaching practice.
