Beverly’s husband, Mark, introduced her to yoga twenty-eight years ago and she has been practicing ever since. In 2016, she decided to commit to her love of the practice by completing a 200-hour Teacher’s Training through Trailhead Healing Arts Center. Since that time, she has been teaching Beginner’s Yoga, Flow, and Children’s Yoga classes at Trailhead Healing Arts Center, Spot Nutrition, and Fit Yoga.
She is beyond excited to open FLOW Midwest Yoga and Meditation to share her knowledge and expertise to the Springfield community. She welcomes every skill level and encourages individuals to experience the peace and serenity that follows a consistent practice.

The 200-hour teacher training program at Trailhead was the training I did not know I needed, but looking back, I realize it was more meaningful than I can likely put adequately into words. I am so extremely glad I listened to my intuition a year ago and signed up! I learned much more than I expected to about the history of yoga, anatomy and proper alignment, practical methods to meditate, Ayurveda, and my own self.
I am so incredibly grateful to Justina and the other visiting teachers who shared so much knowledge with our class. Whether or not you are looking to teach, you will gain a much deeper understanding of yourself through the introspective and illuminating coursework. The practical applications for all of the topics covered are incredibly informative in their own right – Although, at the end, you will likely want to share all your knowledge with others, just as I hope to do!
