Sarah is a Montessori teacher, mother of three, and completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Yoga7even in 2014. With a background in Exercise Physiology, her philosophy stems from safe and natural movement combined with mindful breath work. Yoga has been a part of her life since 2013, and her practice inspires her to live each moment more mindfully and peacefully.
Yoga has also helped her grow stronger both physically and mentally as she went through a difficult transition in her life. She will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the opportunity of continued growth that being an instructor and practitioner offers.
In her classes, she loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a bit of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She seeks to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga, and her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
