What Our Clients Say
Education about my body and pregnancy was a plus that was unexpected—good information for relieving aches and pains and building/maintaining strength
Today's youth, regardless of age, gender, and socio-economic background, face a growing number of social and physical challenges. Children tend to face even greater challenges including low-self esteem, short attention spans, extreme frustration with completing basic, everyday tasks, poor diet, chronic health problems, neglect, peer pressure and exposure to drugs. The benefits of yoga in addressing many of the above challenges have been well documented over the last few decades. The practices of yoga and meditation help children with concentration, build self-confidence and self-esteem, reduce stress, and help to integrate and stabilize the functions of the body, in turn, helping them to overcome social, emotional, and academic challenges.
